* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Mercer and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 356 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Fort Loramie, New Bremen, Minster, Newport, New Knoxville, Russia, Osgood, Willowdell, Chickasaw, Kettlersville, Yorkshire, Lake Loramie State Park, Egypt, Maria Stein, Mccartyville and Houston.

Lowell Dock
Lowell L. Dock, 91, Celina, died at 11:15 a.m. Nov. 6, 2010, at his home.
He was born Oct. 1, 1919, in Mercer County to Waldo and Lala Long Dock. On March 21, 1945, he married Bernadine Millhouse, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, James (Lori) Dock, Beavercreek; a daughter, Cathy (Robert) Laderman, Mansfield; a sister, Wanda Young, Celina; a sister-in-law, LaVerna Dock, Celina; and five grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Donald Dock; and a brother-in-law, John Young.
He was Mercer County Citizen of the Year and member of the Ohio Hall of Fame. He was a 1937 graduate of Celina High School and retired as the utilities superintendent for the water and wastewater plants. He was a member of St. Pauls United Methodist Church in Celina. He also was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Celina Planning Commission and president of the Council on Aging, all of Celina. He was a World War II Veteran serving in the 7th Field Artillery 1st Division (Big Red One) in the U.S. Army for which he received the Bronze and Silver Stars, the Distinguish Service Cross and the French Medal of Freedom. He served in Africa, Sicily and on D-Day in Europe.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Jeff Concrad officiating. Burial with military rites by the Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion is at North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 3-6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
