Scattered snow showers will continue through mid morning. With temperatures well below freezing, light snow accumulations will combine with lingering black ice from overnight, to create some slick spots on area roadways. In addition, brisk westerly winds will gust in the 25 to 35 mph range this morning.
If traveling this morning, allow for some extra time to reach your destination. Be prepared for slick conditions, especially on bridges and overpasses as well as untreated surfaces.

Britney Buffenbarger, 11, and Jason Siefring, 10, both from Fort Recovery, fish at Eastview Pond in a September fishing derby that was moved from Grand Lake because of its toxic blue-green algae problems. The state is now testing to see if fish caught in Grand Lake are safe to eat.
