Intermittent light snow will slowly transition to light rain through the predawn hours. Lingering slick spots from earlier snow, especially on elevated surfaces such as bridges and overpasses, as well as untreated surfaces, may continue for several hours.
Additional minor snow accumulations of less than half of an inch will be possible. Use caution if traveling this morning.

Edna Kerns
Edna E. Kerns, 93, Van Wert, died at 2:15 p.m. Nov. 17, 2010, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
She was born Aug. 3, 1917, in Mercer County to Nicholas and Dicie Lanning Denney. On Aug. 22, 1942, she married W. Kenneth Kerns, who died July 9, 1967.
Surviving are three daughters, Karol (Ben) Agler, Port St. Lucie, Fla., Janet (Sam) Scott, Van Wert, and Connie (Harold) Dull, Ohio City; three sons, W. Denney (Pam) Kerns, Van Wert, W. Dean Kerns, Port Saint Lucie, and John (Patricia) Kerns, Columbus; two sisters-in-law, Madgealine Denney, St. Marys, and Anna Denney, of Georgia; 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, three stepgrandchildren and four stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Jay Burket; six brothers, Jack Martin and Fletcher, Elroy, Albert, Patrick and Wiley Denney, and an infant brother; and four sisters, Hazel Clark, Daisy Berry, Mabel Palmer and Ethel E. Denney, the deceased's twin.
She worked at Van Wert Frigid Locker, Priddy Motors Sales, Bushong Ford and Bob Dunn Ford. She was a lifelong member of Antioch Chapel Friends Church, where she served as treasurer and taught Sunday school. She was a 1936 graduate and valedictorian of Neptune High School and a graduate of Griffin College in Van Wert and was a member of Liberty Grange.
Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. James E. Robbins officiating. Burial is at Van Wert Woodland Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. today at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert and noon-1 p.m. Saturday at the church.
Memorials may be made to Gideon's International, the church or Inpatient Hospice Center.
