* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Joann Cochran
Joann Ida Cochran, 72, St. Marys, died at 9 p.m. Dec. 7, 2010, at St. Marys Living Center.
She was born Oct. 25, 1938, in New Bremen, to Victor and Ida Warner Jung. On June 22, 1958, she married William H. Cochran, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Charles Cochran, New Bremen; and a sister, Betty (Harvey) Long, Morristown, Tenn.
Deceased is a sister, Jane Shelby.
She was a homemaker. She worked at Luxury Blankets, St. Marys Cotton Mill, Vanderhorst Cannery in St. Marys, the Price Battery Company in Wapakoneta and Buckeye Apparel in Coldwater. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in St. Marys.
Funeral rites are 8 p.m. today at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home in St. Marys, the Rev. Ed Bray officiating. Graveside burial rites are 10 a.m. Friday at Resthaven Gardens near St. Marys.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home on High Street.
Memorials may be made to Grand Lake Hospice program.
