Andres Villegas
Andres Vela Villegas, 8, Union City, Ind., died Dec. 18, 2010, at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater from injuries sustained in a traffic accident.
He was born Oct. 25, 2002, in Galveston, Texas, to Pedro Vela and Yessica Villegas. His father survives in Matamoros, Tamulipas, Mexico, and his mother survives in Union City, Ind.
Also surviving is a twin brother, Pedro Vela Villegas, Union City, Ind.; a sister, Clarissa Vela, Union City, Ind.; maternal grandparents, Jose and Maria Villegas, Tamulipas; and paternal grandparents, Antonio and Maria Lorena Vela, Houston, Texas.
He attended second grade at Northside Elementary School in Union City, Ind.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. today at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home in Geneva, Ind. Burial will be at Tamulipas.
