Connie Hawk
Connie S. Hawk, 72, Rockford, died Dec. 31, 2010, at The Community Health Professionals In-patient Hospice Facility in Van Wert.
She was born July 8, 1938, in Wabash, to Rudolph and Lelah Howell Hass. On Nov. 15, 1959, she married Roger Hawk, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Michael (Linda) Hawk, Rockford; a brother, William (Sharon) Haas, Celina; three sisters, Jane Cunningham, Celina, Judy (Marvin) McIntosh, Celina, and Helen (Mike) Homan, Omaha, Neb.; her mother-in-law, Thelma Hawk, Rockford; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Victoria Mosier; a sister, Phyllis Heiby; and a brother-in-law, James Cunningham.
She worked at Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina for 30 years. She attended Bethany United Methodist Church in Celina.
Services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, the Rev. Randall Exman officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery in Rockford.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
