* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until noon EST today.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

As temperatures continue to fall, residual moisture may freeze on roadways. In addition, gusty winds of 25-35 MPH may lead to some snow drifting over roads as well.
Motorists are urged to use caution overnight into Saturday morning.

Margarete Matacek
Margarete Ann Matacek, 93, of Costa Mesa, Calif., died Jan. 5, 2011, at Mesa Verde Convalescent Hospital in Costa Mesa.
She was born July 30, 1917, in Lima, to Carl and Johanna Roesner Boyd. On Sept. 1, 1959, she married George Matacek, who survives.
A brother, Fred Boyd, and a sister, Louise Slygh, are deceased.
She worked as payroll master at Westinghouse in Lima.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Monday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, with Pastor Chip Steffy officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Calling is after 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
