* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Cynthia Wenning
Cynthia L. Wenning, 58, New Bremen, died Jan. 21, 2011, at Triumph Hospital in Lima.
She was born July 31, 1952, in Coldwater to Victor and Betty Lou (Link) Garman. On Nov. 26, 1977, she married Curt Wenning, who survives in New Bremen.
Also surviving is a son, Scott (Lanie) Wenning, Fort Shawnee; six brothers, Michael (Kathy) Garman, St. Marys, Randy (Ann) Garman, St. Henry, Gary (Cathy) Garman, Spencerville, Ron (Pam) Garman, Wapakoneta, Dave (Dot) Garman, Fort Recovery, and Greg (Linda) Garman, New Bremen; her mother-in-law, Linda Wenning, Coldwater; in-laws, Mike and Marty Wenning, Dayton, Jeff and Cindy Wenning and Kevin and Tina Wenning, all of Coldwater; and a granddaughter.
Deceased is her father-in-law, Francis Wenning.
She was a member of the Church of the Holy Redeemer in New Bremen. She also was a member of the American Legion Post 241 Auxiliary of New Bremen and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9019 Auxiliary of Chickasaw, where she was a past president. She also was a treasurer for the New Bremen Senior Citizens. She was a 1970 graduate of Marion Local High School and worked for GTE in Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Mannebach officiating. Burial is at the German Protestant Cemetery in New Bremen.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday in the Parish Center of the church and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen is handling arrangements.
