* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Arthur Rindler
Arthur John Rindler, 87, Burkettsville, died at 11:45 p.m. Jan. 23, 2011, at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
He was born Jan. 21, 1924, in St. Henry, to Sebastian and Catherine Bohman Rindler. On Oct. 5, 1946, he married Alvina E. Weitzel, who died Nov. 12, 2002.
Surviving are eight children, Linda (Kenneth) Lorton, Burkettsville, Jane (Gary) Barga, Union City, Ind., Maxine (Vernon) Bruns, Maria Stein, Michael (Elaine) Rindler, St. Henry, Steve (Rita) Rindler, North Star, Leon Rindler, Burkettsville, Alan (Peggy) Rindler, St. Henry, and Cindy (Carl) Westgerdes, Coldwater; a brother, Melvin (Luella) Rindler, Celina; three sisters, Lucille (Albert) Holscher, Fort Loramie, Viola (Andrew) Moeller, Burkettsville, and Armella (Jerry) Moeller, Fort Loramie; 26 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a brother, Clete Rindler; and two sisters-in-law, Delores Rindler and Dorina Rindler.
He was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church in Burkettsville and the Holy Name Society of the church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served during World War II. He was a retired carpenter.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Tom Hemm officiating. Burial with military rites is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
Memorials may be made to the State of the Heart Hospice.
