* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Sarah Wilkin
Sarah S. Wilkin, 97, Delphos, formerly of rural Venedocia, died at 3:15 a.m. Jan. 25, 2011, at VanCrest Assisted Living of Delphos.
She was born Sept. 26, 1913, in Mercer County, to William F. and Osie Hughes Swygart. On July 12, 1947, she married Charles S. Wilkin, who died Nov. 3, 1970.
Surviving is a daughter, Mary Alice Wilkin, Lima; a son, Charles (Susan) Wilkin, Delphos; two grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
Also deceased is a great-granddaughter; two brothers, Edwin Swygart and Emery Swygart; and a sister, Edith Nolan.
She worked in the Dietary Department of the Van Wert Manor Nursing Home. She was a member of Kingsley United Methodist Church, where she was an active teacher in Sunday School and Bible School. She was a 1931 graduate of Mendon-Union High School.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Cowan and Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, the Rev. Chuck Glover officiating. Burial is at Tomlinson Cemetery in Union Township.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the church or to First Candle for SIDS research.
