Joe and Kathy Jeffries and their son, Aiden, St. Marys, jog around the track at the Mercer-Auglaize County Family YMCA recently. The couple have made it their business to get healthy and pass their good health habits along to their 4-year-old son. Their new lifestyle helped Joe lower his cholesterol to avoid medication and helped the couple lose a combined 70-90 lbs.
