Snowfall of at least an inch is expected across the region, with up to 2 inches possible. There is also the potential for brief intense bursts of snow, especially between 10 PM and 3 AM. Where these brief bursts of snow occur, visibility may drop suddenly, creating additional travel hazards tonight.
West winds will become northwest overnight, gusting as high as 30 to even 35 mph. This may cause blowing snow over roadways, even as the snow ends after 3 AM.

Anna Slife
Anna Lee Slife, 76, Celina, died Jan. 25, 2011.
She was born July 5, 1934, in Dayton, to Eugene and Jessie Maude Sullivan. She married Claude Slife, who is deceased.
Surviving is a son, Claude (Debbie) Slife; a daughter, Sherry (Terry) Bohnert; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are two sisters, Mary Miller and Eva Lucas.
She was an elder member and deacon of the First Presbyterian Church of Celina.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home and Crematory, Dayton, the Rev. George Gnade officiating. Burial is at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Miami County or State of the Heart of Mercer County.
