Intermittent light snow will slowly transition to light rain through the predawn hours. Lingering slick spots from earlier snow, especially on elevated surfaces such as bridges and overpasses, as well as untreated surfaces, may continue for several hours. Additional minor snow accumulations of less than half of an inch will be possible. Use caution if traveling this morning.

JoAnn Allison
Former Celina resident JoAnn Allison, 76, died Feb. 15, 2011, in Dayton.
She was born Nov. 27, 1934. She married Charles Allison, who survives.
Also surviving are four sons; three daughters; a sister; five brothers; 28 grandchildren; and 39 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son; a great-granddaughter; her parents; and in-laws, Russell and Carrie Allison.
A celebration of her life was held in Dayton.

Dwight Monroe Bennett, 89, a resident at Roselawn Manor in Spencerville, died at 11:45 a.m. Feb. 21, 2011, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima. [More]
