The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 900 AM EDT.
* At 606 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Tim Oehrtman
Tim Oehrtman, 58, St. Marys, died March 5, 2011, at his home.
He was born Aug. 8, 1952, in Celina to Arthur and Marjorie Burkhart Oehrtman, who are deceased. On Jan. 27, 1979, he married Elaine Doseck, who survives.
Also surviving are five daughters, Michelle (Trey) McKinney, St. Marys, Jennifer (Jason) Luedeke, New Knoxville, Hilary (Jon) Dicke, St. Marys, Heather (Ryan) Schott, Lima, and Jill (Kris) Holland, Monrovia, Ind.; a brother, Terry (Sue) Oehrtman, Lancaster; in-laws, Phil and Ruth Doseck, St. Marys; and nine grandchildren.
He was a 1970 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. He graduated from Ohio State University, Hondros College and the Midwest School of Auctioneering. He was a real estate agent/broker and owner of Glory Real Estate and Auction Service in St. Marys from 1991 to 2006. He worked at St. Marys Chrysler in commercial sales. He volunteered at Sources Community Network. He attended Walnut Grove United Methodist Church in St. Marys.
Funeral rites will be 11 a.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys, the Rev. Steve Weatherly officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
