Coldwater's Toby James, left, and Emily Bruns, won the top individual honors in the West Ohio High School Bowling Conference. James was named the Boys' Bowler of the Year while Bruns was selected as the Girls' Bowler of the Year during Sunday's WOHSBC Banquet at Romers in Celina.
