* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Thomas Carver
Thomas F. Carver, 78, St. Marys, died at 2:15 p.m. March 31, 2011, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born May 27,1932 in Printer, Ky. to Janie Carver. On July 18, 1958, he married Eileen Losh, who died in 1988. On Nov. 24, 1990, he married Eva Brown, who survives in St. Marys.
Also surviving are three children, Sherry (Bob) Barga, Celina; Mary (Todd) Shellabarger and Kathy (John) Sampson, all of St. Marys; two stepchildren: Larry (Julie) Bigelow, Sarasota, Fla., and Cindy (Greg) Snyder, St. Marys; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A member of Hillsdale Baptist Church, he retired from Minster Machine Company after 30 years of service. He had worked in the electrical maintenance department.
Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Harold Liess officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
