* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 12 below zero.
* WHERE...In Indiana, Wayne County. In Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Traffic rerouting

The traffic sign along Lake Shore Drive on Friday allows for only one-way traffic during working hours. Celina Police Chief Dave Slusser said traffic may be rerouted on several streets in the southern portion of the city during the Main Street reconstruction project. Motorists will be ticketed for driving around signs or ignoring barriers, he said.
