* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Helen Pohl
Helen E. Pohl, 89, rural St. Marys and a resident of Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community, died at 4:38 a.m. April 17, 2011, at Lima Memorial Health System.
She was born May 29, 1921, near Delphos, to Wilmer and Effie Frey Smith. On July 2, 1940, she married John E. Pohl, who died March 17, 1995.
Surviving are two daughters: Janice Y. (Robert) Wein, Spencerville, and Drussilla J. (Spencer) Cunningham, Bowling Green; a brother-in-law, Richard Bowersock, Spencerville; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four sisters: Clarice Harbert, Edna Snider, Gladys Monfort and Dorotha Bowersock.
A member of Zion United Methodist Church near Celina, she taught the adult Sunday school class and had organized her neighborhood Bible study group.
She helped her husband farm.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville, the Rev. Kenneth L. Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Amanda Baptist Cemetery, east of Spencerville.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
