* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Paul Koenig
Paul R. Koenig, 87, New Bremen, died at 7:36 p.m. April 18, 2011, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
He was born Nov. 28, 1923, near New Bremen, to Emil J. and Bertha Sunderman Koenig. He married Janet Lybarger, who survives.
Also surviving are his children: Jo Anne Shelby, Dublin, Oh., Ned (Susan) Koenig, New Bremen, Lynn (Susan) Koenig, New Knoxville; a sister, Joanne (Myron) Katterheinrich, New Knoxville; a brother, Daryl (Louise) Koenig, New Bremen; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are brothers, Everett and David Koenig.
A member of Faith Alliance Church in New Bremen, he served on the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital board for 25 years. He retired in 1989 from the U.S. Postal Service. He also farmed.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Sager officiating. Burial will follow in the German Portestant Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Memorials may be directed to the church memorial fund.
