* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

Roger Smith
Roger A. Smith, 85, Coldwater, died at 6:52 p.m. May 15, 2011, at Briarwood Manor, Coldwater.
He was born March 11, 1926, in Mercer County, to Edward and Maud Martin Smith. On April 19, 1952, he married Lucille Coats, who survives.
Also surviving are son, Todd (Kathy) Smith, Coldwater; daughter, Crystal Abels, Coldwater; brother, Eugene (Lora) Smith, Ada; sister, Hildred Betz, Fort Recovery; six grandchildren; one stepgrandchild; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, Wilford, Paul, Lowell and Malcomb Smith; and two sisters, Mary Ashman and Alice Smalley.
A member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, he was a member and past master of the Free & Accepted Masons Lodge, Celina, Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton, Antioch Shrine, Dayton, and was a life member of Coldwater American Legion.
He was retired from Dayton Power & Light Co. and served with the U.S. Army during World War II.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Jeff Conrad officiating. Burial will follow in Swamp College Cemetery, where military rites will be conducted by the American Legion.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and one hour before services at the church. Masonic services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to Shriners Hospital.
