* WHEN...Until 215 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Constance Giraud
Constance Spriggs Havel Giraud, 88, Midland, Mich., died May 15, 2011.
She was born March 21, 1923, in Celina, to Lisle and Amelia Spriggs. She married Gerald A. Havel, who is deceased. She also marrried George H. Giraud, who is deceased.
Surviving are sons, Kirk (Sandra) Havel and Randy (JoEtta) Havel; stepdaughter, Arlene (Roland) Giraud Wiltz; a brother, Charles (Jeane) Spriggs; nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a grandson.
Trained as a nurse during World War II, she later worked as a nurse and homemaker. In 1982, she was commissioned as a lay professional church worker for American Lutheran Church.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Midland, and Phi Beta Psi sorority.
A memorial service is 11 a.m. Friday at the church, where calling is 6-8 p.m. Thursday. and a hour before the services. A service and interment of ashes will take place in Celina during the summer.
Memorials may be directed to the Seminary Tuition Fund or the Trinity Adult Mission Group Fund, 3701 Jefferson Ave., Midland, MI 48640.
Arrangements are being handled by Ware-Smith-Woolever Funeral Directors.
