* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Rita Strukamp
Rita Anne Strukamp, 50, Rockford, died at 1:30 p.m. May 20, 2011, at Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
She was born July 19, 1960, in Van Wert to Elmer and Virginia Houser Strukamp. Her mother survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Chad Strukamp, Rockford, and William Black, Celina; a daughter, Alyssa Black, Rockford; two sisters, Teresa Strukamp, Rockford, and Pamela (Randy) Severns, Mendon; a brother, Kevin (Lynette) Strukamp, Decatur, Ind.; fiance, Robert Black, Celina; and one granddaughter.
A 1978 graduate of Parkway High School, she worked 20 years at Veyance Technologies, formerly Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, in St. Marys. She was a member of Eagles Auxiliary, Rockford, where she served in many offices, currently as a trustee.
Service is 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford. Burial will be held in Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to service Wednesday at the funeral home.
