* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Rita Meinerding
Rita E. Meinerding, 88, St. Marys, died at 12:45 p.m. June 5, 2011, at her residence.
She was born April 27, 1923, in Fort Recovery to Henry and Veronica Muhlenkamp Sudhoff. On Nov. 24, 1945, she married Wescensalus Meinerding, who died Jan 22, 1986.
Surviving are six children: Allen (Janet) Meinerding, Elaine (Sam) Yancey, David (Jane) Meinerding, JoAnn (Richard) Meckstroth, Mary Jane (Steven) Mackenbach and Doris Meinerding, all of St. Marys; brothers, Alfred (Cleo) Sudhoff, Herman (Dorothy) Sudhoff, Alvin (Judy) Sudhoff, Raymond (Margie) Sudhoff, all of Fort Recovery, and Paul (Mary) Sudhoff, Madison, Ind.; sisters, Irene Link, Fort Recovery, Merilda Fleck, Celina, and Mary Agnes Knapke, Coldwater; sisters-in-law, Sr. Regina Meinerding, St. Louis, Mo., and Marie Meinerding, Fort Loramie; 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister-in-law, Rose Kohne, and a granddaughter.
She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys, and its Altar Rosary Sodality.
Service is 10 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.
Memorials may be directed to the Rev. Jerry Schetter ordination fund or to Grand Lake Hospice.
