* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Stella Logan
Stella J. Logan, 98, St. Marys, died at 7:52 a.m. June 7, 2011, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born June 8, 1912, in Langley, Ky., to William and Alonzo Hayes Hall. She married Glen Moore, who is deceased, and Clarence Logan, also deceased.
Surviving are a daughter, Glenda (Dale) Kuck, St. Marys; a daughter-in-law, Nancy Logan, Lexington, Ky.; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are a son, Larry Logan; two brothers, Everett Hall and Emmett Hall; and a sister, Flossie Hall Frasure.
A member of Wayne Street United Methodist Church, she retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, St. Marys.
Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, the Rev. Mary Kay Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Calling is one hour prior to services Thursday at the funeral home, where memorial donations may be directed to the church building fund.
