* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Jerri Bright
Jerri Hull Bright, 70, Findlay, died at 10:07 p.m. June 7, 2011, at her residence.
She was born Jan. 27, 1941, in Indianapolis, to Clarence and Lola Tinder Hull. On April 11, 1979, she married Thornton I. Bright Jr., who died Sept. 13, 2003.
Surviving are her children, Timothy (Barbara) Scott, Findlay, Shelly (Jerry) Thompson Jr., Jenera; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Judy; half-brothers, Don Hull, Bill Hull, Dick Hull; and a half-sister, Rosemary Fox.
Once a consultant for Doll Printing, Celina, she had been employed at Reynolds and Reynolds, Celina, Hancor Inc., Findlay, and retired in 1998 as plant manager for Franklin Office Products.
A memorial service is at 3 p.m. Saturday at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, Findlay.
Private burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
