* WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Onda Matthews
Onda Fae Matthews, 81, Greenville, died June 5, 2011, at Oakley House.
She was born April 30, 1920, in Woodington, to Charles Sydney and Nellie Rae Davis Hopper. She is survived by her husband, Robert Eugene Matthews.
Also surviving are a daughter Shirley (Fred) Aldridge Hoff; a son, Robert Eugene Matthews Jr.; four sisters, Ellen (Paul) Peters, Dawn, Ohio, Patricia (Ralph) Potkotter, Celina, Myrna Detling, Cincinnati, and Carol (James) Hart, Bradford; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death are a son, Larry Ray Matthews; a brother, Robert Eugene Hopper; a son-in-law, Milton Dale Aldridge; and a brother-in-law, Dwight Detling.
She attended Versailles High School and is a member of Fort Jefferson United Methodist Church.
She was active in the Treaty City White Shrine and Order of the Eastern Star. She was involved in various community activities.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, the Rev. Doug Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Township Memorial Gardens.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.
