Emma Stump 4, and Elijah Stump, 8, let water shoot through their toes on the new splash pad at Shanes Park in Rockford on Friday. The water feature was open as part of Rockford Community Days, which continues today with a parade at 4 p.m., auction at 7 p.m. and band performing at 8 p.m. The festival ends at 1:30 p.m. Sunday.
