* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Significant visibility reductions to near zero at times will necessitate extra caution for commuters through late morning. Temperatures below freezing in some areas will increase the threat for icy patches on elevated roadways.

Balloon sculptures

Medal the Clown makes balloon sculptures to the amazement of youngsters attending Day in the Park activities Saturday afternoon at Paris Street Park in Minster. Other activities during the day-long event included rocket launches, dodgeball tournaments and disc jockey music.
