Some patches of fog have developed, and with temperatures below freezing, a light glaze of ice is occurring with the fog. This will lead to hazardous conditions on sidewalks and roads, especially bridges and overpasses.

The Sugar Street hill portion of Schunck Road in Celina may be eliminated and the road relocated and elevated if the city goes through with a project estimated to cost $75,000 to $100,000. The new road would provide a safer passage to West Bank Road and may reduce flooding at Mercer Health, according to a city official.
