* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Martha Plas
Martha B. Francis Plas, 91, St. Patrick, died July 1, 2011, at her residence.
She was born April 10, 1920, in Russia to Henry and Irene Barge Francis. On June 12, 1940, she married John B. Plas Sr., who died in 1998.
Surviving are four children, James Plas, St. Patrick, Janice Plas, Houston, Texas, Judith Walls, Houston, Texas, and John Jr. (Cindy) Plas, Fort Loramie; five siblings, Mary Francis, Fort Loramie, Raymond (Jean) Francis, Versailles, Rita Goubeaux, Osgood, Monica (Paul) Stephan, Lake Placid, Fla., and John (Marty) Francis, Greenville; and four grandchildren.
Deceased are eight siblings, Clara Bender, Leona Zircher, Lavena Grillot, Charles, Norbert, Ralph, August and Henry Jr. Francis.
She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church and the former St. Patrick Catholic Church, where she was active in the church choir. A homemaker, she had been housekeeper for several priests at the former St. Patrick parish priest house.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Michael Catholic Church, Fort Loramie, the Rev. Dennis Jaspers officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Gehret Funeral Home, Fort Loramie.
Memorials may be made to the Fort Loramie Rescue Squad.
