City parking expanding

Crews finished paving an expanded city parking lot behind the police department in Celina on Monday afternoon. The parking lot, located on Livingston Street between Main and Ash streets, has doubled in size to 52 spots. In addition to providing more parking, the fire department now has more space to work on trucks.
