* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Murle Green
Murle E. Green, 86, Celina, died at 5:58 a.m. July 12, 2011, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born May 13, 1925, in Mercer County, to Cassius Ford and Gertrude Moore Green. On Sept. 25, 1946, he married Berniece Braun, who died March 10, 2009.
Surviving are three sons, Andrew (Peggy) Green, Celina, Joseph (Jan) Green, Wapakoneta, and Donald (Denise) Green, Celina; two daughters, Pamela (John) Brown, Celina, and Ann Margaret (Fred) Giesige, Celina; a sister-in-law, Anita Green, Wapakoneta; 31 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Samuel Green; five brothers, Paul, Wayne, Allen, Chester and Gene Green; a sister, Mary Catherine VonGries; a grandchild; and a great-grandchild.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber, St. Marys.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial will follow in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina, where military rites will be conducted.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
