* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

About 60 trees were removed from Celina's Eastview Park following the April 19 tornado. City officials said more trees will be cut this winter but the park has been reopened to the public.
