* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Hazel Goodwin
Hazel M. Goodwin, 89, St. Marys, died at 7:40 p.m. July 12, 2011, at her son's residence in Elida.
She was born Nov. 22, 1921, in Montezuma, to Wilbur and Mary Peggs Ritchie. On Aug. 1, 1942, she married Forrest "Red" Goodwin, who died Feb. 25, 2003.
Surviving are a son, Jerry (Mary) Goodwin, Elida; a daughter, Kelli Burch, St. Marys; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Deceased are an infant son, Forrest Goodwin Jr.; a brother, Ralph Ritchie; and a sister, Wanda Peggs.
She graduated from Celina High School and retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, St. Marys. She was a member of First Church of God, St. Marys.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Charles Richtmyer officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
