Northwestern Shelby County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... CELINA - Jena Sweigart of Celina was crowned Miss Lake Festival 2011 at the annual festival pageant held Monday evening at the Celina Fieldhouse.
