* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Sandra Hurt
Sandra "Sandy" Hurt, 65, Coldwater, died at 9:11 a.m. July 23, 2011, at Mercer Health.
She was born Nov. 5, 1945, in Celina, to Harry P. and Bernadine Rockwood Cline. On Dec. 28, 1955, she married James Hurt, who survives.
Also surviving are a son Jason G. (Bianca) Hurt, Indianapolis; a brother, Marvin (Elanor) Cline, Streetsboro; two sisters, Barbara (Kenneth) Coby, New Weston, and Debra (Ernie) Lee, Greenville; a sister-in-law, Marjorie Hurt, Celina; a brother-in-law, Charles Foster, New Weston; and three grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Jimmy Hurt; a brother, Forrest "Rick" Cline; and two sisters, Joanne Foster and Karen Husted; and one grandchild.
She worked for Huffy and Briarwood Manor.
Services are 4 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Ronnie Hagaman officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery at a later date.
Calling is 1-4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
