Southwest winds will increase this morning with the passage of a strong cold front. Southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 to 45 mph expected this morning into the afternoon before diminishing toward evening.
These gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.

Aiming for the finish line

Six-year-old Ean Kramer won the 4-6 age group children's tractor pull at the 97th annual Chattanooga Farmers Picnic held Thursday. Area events this weekend include the Burkettsville Community Picnic and Fort Recovery tractor pulls tonight and Saturday and the Bock and Rock beer-tasting event in Minster on Saturday.
