* WHEN...From 7 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Will Klosterman gets a pony ride with the help of his father, Jay Klosterman, a Coldwater native, during the Coldwater Community Picnic on Sunday. The St. Marys Summerfest will be held this weekend, along with the Mercer County Fair kicking off Friday.
