* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

A couple cruises Grand Lake in their pontoon near the shoreline of West Bank Road on Monday afternoon. State officials currently are investigating an illness that occurred three months ago, which may be linked to the blue-green algae in the lake.
