A 2001 Pontiac rests on its top following a Friday afternoon accident at the intersection of state Route 197 and U.S. 33 in Neptune. Jordan M. Germann, 19, of Celina, was southbound when his car left the roadway and he apparently overcorrected, according to Mercer County Sheriff's Office reports. The vehicle then crossed the centerline and overturned, ejecting the driver. He was taken by ambulance to Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in Coldwater. The heavily damaged vehicle was towed from the scene.
