* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

James Wilson
James E. Wilson, 76, Celina, died Aug. 26, 2011, at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Living Community, St. Marys.
He was born Aug. 12, 1935, in Oaks, Ky., to David and Louvernia Hensley Wilson. On Aug. 4, 1956, he married Charlotte A. Hubbard, who died April 11, 2010.
Surviving are a son, Michael (Karen) Wilson, Celina; two daughters, Lisa (Rick) Harper, Chillicothe, and Debbie (Tim) Lehman, Celina; siblings, Henry (Imogene) Wilson, Hicksville, David (Lina) Wilson, Knoxville, Tenn., Marvin (Judy) Wilson, Celina, Otto Wilson, Tama, Rick Wilson, Lawrenceburg, Ind., Shirley (Jim) Baltzell, Celina, Sandy (Lowell) Kable, Portland, Ind., and Lena (Daryl) Gruver, Mount Vernon; and five grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Randy A. Wilson; a sister, Vera McElfrish; and a sister-in-law, Marie Wilson.
A 1955 graduate of Bell County High School, he served with the Kentucky and Ohio National Guard for seven years. He retired from New Idea/Agco, Coldwater, in 1998.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Douglas Meyer officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday and one hour before services on Wednesday at the funeral home. Visitation at Otterbein Life Style Community Chapel is 10-11 a.m. Tuesday.
