* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Shirley Baker
Shirley A. Baker, 77, Celina, died at 5:14 a.m. Sept. 13, 2011, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Feb. 5, 1934, in St. Henry, to Bertrand and Gertrude Rafferty Myers. On Nov. 27, 1954, she married William Baker, who died June 20, 2006.
Surviving are a son, Rick Baker, Grand Rapids, Mich.; a sister, Verna Payne, Celina; and a granddaughter.
Deceased are two brothers, Lowell and Lewis Myers.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina. She worked at Community Hospital, Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Schnipke officiating. Burial will follow in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday and before 10 a.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
