* WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Victor R. Reinhart
Victor R. Reinhart, 79, Portland, Ind., died Sept. 24, 2011, at Albany Health Care Center, Albany, Ind.
He was born Oct. 15, 1931, to Peter A. and Cecilia (Schritz) Reinhart. On April 7, 1951, he married Pauline Tebbe, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Ronald (Peg) Reinhart, Martinsville, Ind., Dave (Jane) Reinhart, Portland, and Richard (Janet) Reinhart, Brownsburg, Ind.; five daughters, Carolyn (Hector) Tuesca, Fort Wayne, Ind., Marilyn (Phil) Laux, Portland, Deborah (Kenneth) Wendel, Portland, Barbara (Kenneth) Homan, Bryant, Ind., and Victoria (Dan) Wade, Huber Heights; two brothers, the Rev. Robert Reinhart, Carthagena, and Joseph Reinhart, Bryant; two sisters, Ann Wagner, Wapakoneta, and Ruth Brackman, Cassella; 28 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
He was retired from New Idea, Coldwater, and he also farmed. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Portland, Catholic Order of the Foresters, St. Joseph Sodality and Bryant Lions Club.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Bryant, the Rev. David Hoying officiating. Burial will follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Baird-Freeman Funeral Home, Portland.
