* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Constance Bruns-Enicks
Constance J. Bruns-Enicks, 70, formerly of St. Marys, died Sept. 23, 2011, in Zephyrhills, Fla.
She was born March 21, 1941, in Lenore, W.Va., to Nelson and Emma (Bevins) Hall. On Aug. 22, 1983, she married Franklin O. Enicks, who died June 30, 2004.
Survivors include two sons, John (Donna) Bruns, St. Marys, and Dan (Mary) Bruns, Zephyrhills; a daughter, Donna (Doug) Albers, New Bremen; two sisters, Donna (Joe) Boerger, Dayton; and Patty (Ray) Hardings, Bryan; two brothers, Nelson (Debbie) Hall Jr. and Ronnie (Deb) Hall, all of Lenore; and six grandchildren.
Preceding her in death was former husband, John Bruns Sr.
She retired from Crown Equipment Corp., New Bremen. She was a member of Agape Baptist Church in Zephryhills and volunteered for the WWJD Food Ministry. She also had been a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9289 Auxiliary and Eagles Lodge Aerie 767, both in St. Marys; Celina Moose Lodge and Coldwater American Legion Auxiliary.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Burge Cemetery, Montezuma.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to Gideon International or Susan G. Komen for the Cure Fund.
