* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain are possible Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall may produce 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Alice Weitz
Alice M. Weitz, 85, Celina, died at 9:29 p.m. Oct. 1, 2011, at Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born Aug. 1, 1926, to Edward and Myrtle Brough Weisman. On April 4, 1945, she married Charles Weitz, who is deceased.
Surviving are three sons, Chuck Weitz, Beaufort, S.C., Paul Weitz, Rockford, and Jim (Brenda) Weitz, Celina; two daughters, Kay Heiby, Celina, Terri (Darrell) Fuson, Celina; a sister, Leila McLaughin, Van Wert; a sister-in-law, Margaret Weitz, Xenia; 14 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; and six stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister, Ruth Fisher; a brother, Ralph Weisman; an infant brother; a son-in-law, Jerry Heiby; and a daughter-in-law, Gail Weitz.
She was a graduate of Rockford High School and attended Landfair United Methodist Church. She was retired from CTS, Berne, Ind.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Kattie Hayes officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 1-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
