* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Margaret Ritter
Margaret Ritter, 70, New Bremen, died at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 10, 2011, at her home.
She was born Feb. 26, 1941, in Wellington, New Zealand to Dennis and Johannah Horgan. On Feb. 12, 1965, she married William Ritter, who survives in New Bremen.
Also surviving are her children, Shaun (Patsy) Ritter, New Bremen, Mark Ritter, New Bremen, Michael (Stephanie) Ritter, Germantown, Tenn., Tony (Cresta) Ritter, New Bremen, and Greg Ritter, Delaware; a sister, Mary (Martin) Tarres, Christ Church, New Zealand; and seven grandchildren.
She was a member of Church of the Holy Redeemer, New Bremen, and the American Legion Auxiliary, New Bremen. She had worked for the former Vendar Services, Sanese Services and the Fireside Pub, New Bremen.
A memorial service is 5 p.m. Sunday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, the Rev. Thomas Mannebach officiating.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Friends of the New Bremen Library or to the Grand Lake Hospice.
