At 216 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Waynesfield, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph, frequent cloud-to-ground lightning, and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Lightning can cause serious injury or death. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Kenton, Ada, Fort Shawnee, Dunkirk, Alger, Waynesfield, Blanchard, Roundhead, Mcguffey, Uniopolis, Dola, Silver Creek, Jumbo, Huntersville, St. Johns, Walton, Mentzer, New Hampshire, and State Route 195 at State Route 235.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

Norma Bettinger
Norma R. Bettinger, 75, Coldwater, died Nov. 24, 2011, at Celina Manor.
She was born Sept. 20, 1936, in Versailles to Norbert and Lillian Wright Frantz. On July 21, 1956, she married Cletus Bettinger, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, Mike (Cathy) Bettinger, and Jim (Judy) Bettinger, all of Coldwater, and Lisa (Dave) Albers, Midland, Mich.; two siblings, Pat (Jerry) Bruggeman, Greenville, and Norb Jr. (Jackie) Frantz, Union City, Ind; in-laws, Melvin and Peg Bergman, Fort Recovery, Bob and Barb Bettinger, Coldwater, Carl and Ruth Bettinger, Coldwater, Rita Bettinger, St. Henry, Marlene Bettinger, Coldwater, Grace Rutschilling, Coldwater, and Marguerite Griesdorn, St. Rose; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are sisters, Emerita Bergman, Martha Kunkler and Millie Lee; in-laws, Paul Bettinger, Angie Bettinger, Herman Bettinger, William Bettinger, LaVern Bettinger, Ted Kunkler, Cletus Griesdorn, Paul Rutschilling, Clarina Lefeld, Serf Lefeld, Lucille Bergman, Harold Bergman and Mary Ellen Bettinger.
She was a homemaker and artist. A member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, she was a Eucharistic minister, a catechist who taught religion for 20 years and an early childhood coordinator for the church. She also was a member of St. Ann's Altar Sodality, VFW Ladies Auxiliary 5135, American Legion Auxiliary 470, Museum of the Soldier, Portland, Ind., and the Red Hat Society of Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
