CALL Food Pantry Director Tim Clutter stocks shelves today, two days after cutting ties with the West Ohio Food Bank. Without government assistance, Celina's largest food pantry can operate as a Christian organization.

CELINA - A local food pantry has terminated its contract with the West Ohio Food Bank so workers can minister to those in need of food.
