* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Mercer and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 356 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Fort Loramie, New Bremen, Minster, Newport, New Knoxville, Russia, Osgood, Willowdell, Chickasaw, Kettlersville, Yorkshire, Lake Loramie State Park, Egypt, Maria Stein, Mccartyville and Houston.

Timothy Rickard
Timothy Wayne Rickard, 60, of Mendon, died at 10:30 p.m. Nov. 30, 2011, in Columbus.
He was born April 4, 1951, in Lima, to Donald M. and Ruth Ann Emans Rickard. He was previously married to Martha Mihm Day and Monica Gamble Pabst. On July 29, 2001, he married Mary Frances Burnett Swickrath, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Jonathan W. Rickard, Indiana, and Scott Jason Day, Maryland; a stepdaughter, Francie M. Carmain, Georgia; two sisters, Donna (Bryan Hirschfeld) Jones, Celina, and Lori Slone, St. Marys; two brothers, Bruce D. Rickard, Mendon, and David E. Rickard, Lima; and two grandchildren.
He had worked at the former Huffy Corp. in Celina, Harter Corp. of Van Wert and the Elgin Service Center. A 1969 graduate of Mendon-Union High School, he served as sexton at Mendon Cemetery and was a member of Mendon Church of God.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville, Pastor Dean Bruce officiating. Burial will follow at Mendon Cemetery.
Calling is 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
