Alice Gaerke, named the Fort Recovery 2011 Citizen of the Year, and Mike Laux and Randy Diller, both inductees to the hall of fame, received award documents from Fort Recovery Mayor Roger Broerman, Mercer County commissioners Bob Nuding, Jerry Laffin and John Bruns, state Rep.
